Tampa, FL (Sports Network) - Shelley Duncan smacked a three-run homer and Joba Chamberlain righted the ship after a rough start to Spring Training, as the Yankees downed Cincinnati, 7-1, in a Grapefruit League contest.
Chamberlain went three innings, allowing one run on three hits while fanning three to pick up the win. Phil Coke and Kei Igawa followed with two scoreless frames each.
Brett Gardner and Cody Ransom both went 2-for-3 with a run batted in for New York.
Chris Dickerson knocked in Cincy's lone run with a pair of hits and Ryan Hanigan was 2-for-2 with the run scored.
Nick Masset was touched for three runs and eight hits over four innings in taking the loss.
